About Me
I know what it’s like to struggle with weight loss. For years, I bounced from fad diet to fad diet — losing a little, then gaining it all back (and sometimes more). At my heaviest, I weighed 288 lbs. I tried everything: extreme restrictions, exhausting workouts, and quick fixes — nothing gave me lasting results.
Everything changed after my first daughter was born. I wanted to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my family. That’s when I decided to give calorie counting and a structured approach to fat loss a real try.
Using the principles of a calorie deficit, I discovered freedom and structure. Over time, I lost 133 lbs, fell in love with resistance training, and finally felt confident, strong, and in control of my health. A quote I once read helped me along the way and reminded me:
“You didn’t come this far to only come this far.”
It reminds me that I didn’t work so hard to make progress just to give up or go back to old habits.
Why I Coach
After experiencing this transformation for myself, I realized I wanted to help others achieve the same results. I know how frustrating it can be to feel stuck, confused, or misled by fad diets and misinformation. Coaching allows me to guide people down a sustainable path to fat loss, helping them build confidence, understand their bodies, and achieve their goals at their own pace, without extremes or gimmicks.
My Mission
My mission is simple:
To help as many people as possible feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies, while teaching them the knowledge and habits they need to maintain results long-term.
When I’m not coaching, I spend time with my family, lifting weights, or experimenting with healthy recipes. I know life can get busy — that’s why my coaching approach is realistic, flexible, and designed to fit your life, not disrupt it.
